TheClubDeal is an investment holding co-investing into SME’s and real estate projects.
It provides facilitation of governance between non-executive shareholders and entrepreneurs.
Its governance structure, including its chart of avoidance of conflict of interests is therefore paramount to the adequate management of the Company.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed as follows, it gathers at least 4 times a year and is managed in line with the governance process applied to its investments.
Baron Hervé de Radiguès de Chennevière –Chairman
1944 , Hervé de Radiguès started his professional activities in the chemical industries.
After a few years, he choose to become an industrial entrepreneur by acquiring and developing different companies in the plastic injection sector.
In 2002, reorienting his activities, he launched companies specialised in the distribution of technical parts for the Telecom, Electricity and Gaz industries
Jean-Marc Legrand – Managing Director
1968, Jean-Marc is a lawyer (UCL – 92) and a holder of several diplomas in finance, tax and business management.
Jean-Marc has been corporate and investment banker with Bank Brussels Lambert (Brussels, London, Tokyo), ING Barings (Tokyo) from 1992 until 2002 and Manager of Private Banks (ING in Eastern Belgium and Brussels) and UBS in Belgium, from 2002 until 2012.
He has subsequently co-founded FIDE Capital, a conflict of interest-free asset manager in Brussels from 2012 and remains a stakeholder of the conflict of interest-free investment engine which performs over there. He is a member of the board of several companies.
He masters 6 languages: French, English, Dutch, German, Japanese and Italian.
Jean-Marc is a passionate professional whose background is in developing businesses and achieving turn arounds in strategies given wider influences of markets or evolving stakeholder's environment. He has managed smaller and large teams in various cultural environments.
Jean-Marc Heynderickx – Non executive Director
1958, Jean-Marc has a long experience as CEO of retail operations in Belgium and internationally.
He is an active investor in private equity, mainly in the fields of retail and healthcare.
Nicolas de Moreau - CIO, Executive Director
1969, Nicolas is a business engineer (KU Leuven) and holds other diplomas in IT and law.
He speaks fluently French, Dutch, English and Spanish.
As a serial entrepreneur, he has successfully developed and sold several companies, in retail fashion, and web-based relationship marketing. He has also held general management positions in Sodexo.
Nicolas is a member of the board of several companies in which he has invested.
He is a co-founder of “Réseau Entreprendre” whereby successful entrepreneurs volunteer for coaching starters.
Nicolas’ objectives are of delivering a unique IT based process, offering efficiency in structuration and information of investment opportunities. He brings a wide experience of investing in and developing companies in various sectors, while bringing a skillset as a Chief Technology Officer.
Marc Stroomer - Real Estate Manager, Executive Director
1961, Marc is a serial entrepreneur. Holder of a master of the European university, he speaks fluently French, English, Dutch, Chinese. He has successfully developed several companies, mainly in the horeca business, and in real estate. He brings a deep experience in real estate development.
Marc’s objective is of identifying, analyzing, proposing for selection and development the best real estate development projects, while putting his wide experience and negotiation skills at the disposal of the stakeholders of TheClubDeal.
The Advisory Board
The Board of Directors is also supported by an Advisory Board, whose function is of advising the Board on the private equity market trends, it is today composed of the members of the Board of Directors and completed by two additional distinguished advisors
Alfred Bouckaert - Advisor
1946, Alfred is a long standing executive of the financial industry.
He has held and holds several executive and independent board functions for several multinationals and investment funds, in insurance, finance, real estate businesses essentially
Marc Speeckaert - Advisor
Marc is a renown figure in the belgian investment ecosystem. He held a series of key executive positions of which the latest was general manager of SOFINA.

Nicolas Roberti de Winghe - Business Manager
1984, Nicolas is master in Business Science (LLN). He speaks fluently French, Dutch, English, Portuguese.
He has been sales and project manager for UBS Belgium and Puilaetco, where he has contributed to the project management of restructurations and other strategic and organizational projects.
Nicolas’ proven track record is in project management, from idea to results. Having evolved in the best multinationals of their sector, he brings a determined skillset in achieving the highest standards of execution.
Frederic Convent - Senior Investment Manager
1963, Frederic Convent is a seasoned global networker more than 25 y experience as VP (Finance & Legal) in high-tech & start-up companies, in charge of their fund raisings and investor relations.
As entrepreneur he has recent success in setting up a strong network of EU continental mobile publishers (premium news groups & e-radio stations) and creating robust partnerships.
Within the Venture Capital and investment community, Frederic is known for his dedication, his drive, and his outgoing personality. These attitudes, coupled with his extensive international professional and Belgian public network enables him to successfully obtain external financing and public grants. Moreover, Frederic is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Sophie Servaty - Senior Investment Manager
1972, Sophie Servaty has over 18 years’ extensive experience in corporate finance practiced within
the listed-holding Sofina as Senior Investment Manager, with a previous involvement within Deloitte Corporate Finance Belgium. She was responsible for the development and the management of the private equity portfolio of Sofina in India since 2005 till 2016. She started her career as Auditor for Deloitte Diegem.
She developed strong skills in the fields of execution of investment processes, management of investment portfolios, assessment of management teams, negotiating investors’ rights and reinforcing of corporate governance principles.
She has a strong experience of board representations in listed and unlisted companies as Non-Executive Board member.
She is graduated IDP-C from Insead in October 2017.
