Why is it essential to have a well-governed company?

Entrepreneur view

For an entrepreneur, good corporate governance means that the company is effectively managed in the interests of all its stakeholders, direct and indirect. This saves time, efficiency and therefore peace of mind.

Investor view

For the investor, a company with good governance is a guarantee of transparency. The necessary transparency will be the basis of trust.
The investor can expect good or bad developments in the company. However, the investor wants to avoid surprises because these break the trust.

At TheClubDeal

At TheClubDeal, we implement a governance process, which allows all meetings (board of directors, general meetings, …) to take place according to a framework and allow a serene relationship and trust between all stakeholders.
