What are two fundamental qualities that every entrepreneur must have?
Before proceeding with an investment, the quality of the entrepreneur with whom we intend to work and partner is critical. Two words that we systematically look for in an entrepreneur are “daring” and “skin in the game”:
Daring, or ambitious, means that the entrepreneur must project his project well beyond the simple SME, established with a few dozen employees and no desire for growth, which does not seek to disrupt its market and which remains in its comfort zone without taking risks. He must constantly seek excellence, innovation, and the creation of value for all his stakeholders. It must have a project that is intended to transcend our borders and that constantly seeks to disrupt its market.
