At TheClubDeal, Sherpa is a sector specialist whose knowledge is used to provide an external opinion on a potential investment. His very high added value analysis often allows to clarify grey areas as well as to allow TheClubDeal to validate a project, notably on the business model.
The lead investor is a symbol of confidence; it is an investor, often recognized, who brings a significant amount for an investment. It often has the effect of creating a domino effect and subsequently leading to a commitment from other potential investors.
