In finance, a Club Deal is a syndicated collective investment. Such a structure allows investors to finance or take stakes in companies beyond their individual capacities. Investors in a club deal can also use this mechanism to increase the number of holdings in their portfolio in order to increase diversification, again, beyond their individual financial capacity.

TheClubDeal takes up many of these points and in particular the notions of diversification and co-investment; we also attach the greatest importance to the notion of club and to the interactions between the investor members of our ecosystem. More than any other fund, we work with specialised investments and investors, and we offer co-investments to enable some to strengthen their position in companies of particular interest to them.

We encourage the development of professional relationships between our members, and we meet several times a year to facilitate relations between them and with the management of our holdings.

Our DNA includes intangible capital values (human, brand, reputation, ESG), so our analysis is not limited to numbers and balance sheets. Respect for governance is an integral part of our line of conduct and we are convinced that the alignment of interests, competitive positioning and the creation of goodwill will enable us to achieve the most ambitious objectives.
