Jean-Marc Legrand - Founder & Managing Director
1968, Jean-Marc is a lawyer (UCL – 92) and a holder of several diplomas in finance, tax and business management. Jean-Marc has been corporate and investment banker with Bank Brussels Lambert (Brussels, London, Tokyo), ING Barings (Tokyo) from 1992 until 2002 and Manager of Private Banks (ING in Eastern Belgium and Brussels) and UBS in Belgium, from 2002 until 2012.
He is a member of the board of several companies. Jean-Marc is a passionate professional whose background is in developing businesses and achieving turnarounds in strategies given wider influences of markets or evolving stakeholder’s environment. He has managed smaller and large teams in various cultural environments.
Jean-Marc speaks: French, English, Dutch, German, Japanese and Italian.
Jean-Louis Dubrule - Executive Partner
1966, Jean Louis graduated from the European Business School options Marketing and International Strategies. He has also joined a Management program at INSEAD. His expertise, acquired during more than 20 years with Accor, integrates strategic partnerships, the establishment of teams of communications and key account management, multicoordinating international groups…
He also launched several websites including a platform for international hotel bookings. As General Secretary of the Accor Executive Committee, he actively participated in the management of a CAC 40 company. A Belgian resident since 2013, Jean Louis, native from the industrial region “Les hauts de France”, benefits from an extensive network of entrepreneurs and successful businesspeople. He is a Board Member of several companies.

Nicolas Roberti de Winghe - Executive Partner
1984, Nicolas holds a master’s degree in business science (LSM – UCL). He started as project manager for UBS Belgium where he contributed to the project management of restructurations and other strategic and organizational projects. He then evolved to sales manager of the bank where he led several growth initiatives.
He joined TheClubDeal in its early days. During these 5 years, he supported our portfolio companies in their governance and their growth plans, acting as a true sparring partner for the entrepreneur. Nicolas is passionate in understanding business models and how they translate into financial models.

Xavier de Villepin - Business & Investment Manager
1987, Xavier de Villepin holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (EPL – UCL), a master’s degree in business engineering (LSM – UCL) and followed a master’s degree in international management CEMS (Bocconi – Milan).
He has about 10 years of experience in investments & private equity, and an extensive track record in management consulting. For 6 years, Xavier helped family offices and investors selecting private market opportunities (equity, debt, real estate, and funds).
Prior to this, Xavier held positions at Degroof Petercam, The Financial Times and Igneos, a boutique management consulting firm. He has built a fine record of bringing innovative thinking to number and fact-driven analysis. He has a strong drive to create insights that matter, helping understand the many impacts of business decisions, and investments.

Harold Grosfils - Investment Analyst
1995, Harold Grosfils holds a master’s degree in Business Engineering (LSM – UCL) followed by a master’s degree in Financial Analysis from the London Business School.
He has gained experience in M&A at Degroof Petercam where he was exposed to several deals in the Belgian market, especially in real estate and in healthcare services. He also worked in asset management at Puilaetco, where he developed an investment algorithm for a fund.
By being an active finance private teacher for master’s students, associated with his experience in the financial industry, he is able to apply complex financial models to any type of business cases. His strength lies in his ability to thoroughly analyse businesses and financial models which he combines with a passion for entrepreneurship.

Edouard de Becker Remy - Sourcing Manager
1995, Edouard de Becker Remy graduated with a first-class bachelor’s degree from the University of Exeter in Management.
He has gathered internship experience in wealth management at Petercam and Wealtheon followed by an M&A position at Fluxys. Since his graduation, Edouard has co-founded a company in Germany, alongside his three-year Austro-Germ mandate accompanying a venture developing a novel electric central heating. He has gathered venture, board, and negotiation experience throughout.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and a wide network, he will fuel the fund’s sourcing activities to find gems in the rough in which to invest. He will also support portfolio companies regularly benchmark themselves against the market in order to maximise their growth and value.

Harold Mennen - Investment Analyst & Sourcing Rep.
1995, Harold Mennen graduated with distinction from KULeuven, where he obtained a master’s degree (Msc) in Financial Management.
He has gathered internship experience at CIM Capital, an Antwerp-based private equity fund with a primary focus on business restructuring, supplemented by a period as a consultant at Deloitte where he worked mainly with clients in the Financial Services Industry.
His previous experiences, analytical competencies and commercial instincts catalyse in this role, where he will intensify the company’s activities in Flanders.

1944, Hervé de Radiguès started his professional activities in the chemical industries.
After a few years, he chose to become an industrial entrepreneur by acquiring and developing different companies in the plastic injection sector.
In 2002, reorienting his activities, he launched companies specialized in the distribution of technical parts for the Telecom, Electricity and Gaz industries.
Hubert Bonnet – Non-Executive Director

1969, Hubert Bonnet is a businessman specializing in real estate and a recognized and passionate art collector, currently living in Switzerland. Until 1999, he was partner of COBEPA with his family , he has always been involved in business Member of the board Maison de la radio Flagey since 2002 he bought with the Moortgat family the 75 % stake in the SA. He is member of the new board and of the exco.
With H Group, he has more than 20 years experience in luxury residential refurbishment in Belgium, Switzerland, France and other countries. He also invests in new residential building, adding his personal and artistic touch to each new project. He is always on the lookout for new opportunities on the luxury real estate market.
In addition to real estate, Hubert Bonnet also formed the company Meaunet (2004), then Financière H2O (2008) both operating in the financial sector. In 2005, he became shareholder and director of Groupe Josi. Today, he is still very active in private equity.
On top of his business activities, Hubert Bonnet is a collector who travels the world seeking out new talent. In 2012, he founded the CAB, an independent art centre dedicated to the promotion of contemporary Belgian and international art.
